Monitoring & Rebooting

Server administering is a major responsibility for inexperienced VPS customers – you need to monitor how your VPS server is doing, to see if it is under stress, to find out if all the services are performing correctly. It’s a task that calls for constant attention, and you probably don’t have the time to deal with that. That’s why we propose that we carry out the task for you. If you take advantage of our Optional Admin Services option, we will be keeping constant track of your VPS server and all the tasks running on it. In this way you will have more time for your sites or apps.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a VPS Server is not the simplest assignment in this world. You will either need to use some other server or your PC, or make use of a 3rd–party tool. We offer a far simpler and easier solution with our Optional Admin Services package. We’ll create a full backup of your virtual server every single week, so you never have to fear permanently losing any valuable information. Last but not least we can retrieve a backup very quickly. All our backups are placed on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to your data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you an almost endless set of possibilities, you will often need to install additional software packages. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Optional Admin Services deal, which allows you to demand any of our seasoned server admins to install and configure any software application and to solve any trouble that you are having with your VPS server.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an extra for our KVM VPS Servers.
